I ordered this item just before my wedding. When I received it and opened the box the main vase was cracked. As I was a bit busy with details of the wedding I left for our destination location. After returning from the honeymoon I contacted the seller and reported the problem and that I wanted the main vase to be replaced. They said they absolutely couldnt do anything since I waited three weeks to call them. I was getting married, so sorry it wasnt my first priority. Now I’m stuck with a cracked vase that’s still in the box. The design is not bad, but poor shipping and packaging, and very poor customer service! I wouldn’t recommend bothering with this product.
