    I was so excited when I got this in the mail, but now I wish I hadn’t ordered it. Here are just a few of the problems I’ve experienced with this product:

    1. It feels cheap

    2. The chains are too thick for certain charms to put on it

    3. The heart pendant broke off from the bracelet itself, after a few DAYS

    4. It comes undone easily

    5. You must have a thin wrist

    This is the second item I’ve ordered from this seller, and the last. I recommend you not to buy anything from them either, unless you want something that is liable to fall apart in the next week.
