Primary weight reduction was achieved by incorporating the traditional rain fly with the tent canopy. This is known as single-wall construction; however the drawback is that single wall fabric is waterproof, and provides no ventilation.

DHAULADHARA well designed 2 and 4 person, self supporting Dome tent for all weather mountain camping. It is so designed that the fly sheet is fixed with poles first, two fiber-glass (aluminum alloy-Optional) poles running through external fly pole sleeves making an arch in the center than the inner tent is attached with the fly from inside. One additional pole support fly to make a large porch which provides plenty of storage space of 80″ x 36″. Tough nylon taffeta is used for inner tent and fly sheet, fixed on water proof nylon ground sheet. Complete with stuff sack, pegs, cord, and three lengths of telescopic pole sets. 2 Person Dome: Size 80″ wide 55″ + 36″ long and 50″ high.
